Colourful Abbotsford Convent wedding

For Liz and Matt

Flowers were an important part of Liz and Matt’s beautiful Abbotsford Convent wedding. Liz wanted luscious floral displays for her garden ceremony that included pastel colours and pops of her favourite colour blue. They were married in front of two floral towers on a glorious March day.

Inside the reception space of the Rosina Room a dramatic hanging floral chandelier loomed over the dancefloor and created a central focus of the room. The table flowers were a mix of towering florals and lush vases surrounded by candles.

The bridal table was decorated with the prettiest flower laden garland and the classic buttercream cake by simply cakes was decorated in garden inspired florals.

“Zoe created the perfect florals and styling for our wedding.

From our first meeting and exchanges of ideas Zoe really brought these ideas to life and it truly surpassed our expectations.

Her attention to detail getting a variety of colours and flowers together to work in Abbotsford Convent Gardens and in the Rosina Room was simply breathtaking.

We received so many compliments particularly on our hanging installation and the ceremony flowers which we used again in the reception. They really stole the show!

I had to hold back the tears when my bouquet arrived, it was the most beautiful bouquet I have ever seen.”
