Garden wedding at Lindenderry Estate Red Hill

For Ester and Sam

Ester and Sam wanted their western style celebration to be a reflection of the Regency Era. Inspired by royal weddings their cottage garden style florals were whimsical and abundant.

After already having a Hindu and Tea ceremony, we chose to use native Australian foliage to honour their ties to this country. The soft tones of eucalyptus worked well with the pastel colour pallet including soft peach, lemon, pink and blue.

Organic shaped floral towers were the centre piece to their ceremony celebrations. Set in amongst the European inspired garden and surrounded by vineyards, they got the perfect weather for their celebrations. Wild dancing arrangements lined the aisle to look like gardens growing out from the chairs and added to the organic style.

The ceremony flowers were then re-used inside the reception space to fill some empty spaces. One half of the towers was used to surround the cake display. The classic style butter cream cake by Miss Ladybird Cakes was filled with local seasonal roses and looked so pretty engulfed by all the flowers.

The modern white table settings were softened by pastel candles and blousy floral arrangements, the occasional blue velvet napkin was an elegant touch of deep colour in amongst the pastel pallet.

Overall the look was sophisticated and elegant but had a relaxed, organic feel.
